Our 2008-09 SPE Scholarship Winners

For the 2008-2009 academic year, the Permian Basin Section is pleased to announce that we will once again be funding 34 engineering scholarships.  The Permian and Trans-Pecos sections had a total of 81 applicants this year.  The successful applicants all met a 3.0 GPA hurdle, had supportive references, are attending an accredited engineering school and have shown interest in a career in the oil and gas industry. 
 
Our scholarship recipients make the future look very bright for our industry...where are my shades?
