How to Join SPE-PB

Use the Membership Application to apply for membership, reinstatement, or a change to a higher member grade. The form is provided in portable document format (PDF) for printing, completing, and returning by either fax (01-972-952-9435) or mail (SPE, P.O. Box 833836, Richardson, TX 75083-3836, U.S.A.). You will need to obtain the appropriate Acrobat Reader for your operating system to view and print the PDF form. The reader is available free to the Internet community for Windows, Macintosh, and Unix operating systems at http://www.adobe.com/Acrobat/readstep.html.
